In 2017 Luctonians Charity Group and Luctonians Sports Club decided to turn the club PINK for 24hrs all in aid of charity.
On the day, hospitality guests were treated to a two-course meal followed by an entertaining after-dinner speaker. The Luctonians charity committee implemented the pink theme throughout the event from balloons, flowers and decorations to pink sweets on the table.
On the pitch Luctonians 1st XV dawned sponsored one-off Pink Match Shirts, which after the game were auctioned off of the player’s backs. The day was such a huge success that Lucs Charity Group have replicated these coloured days every year since.
