In November 2017 Luctonians supported an appeal from the Teddy Trust. The Teddy Trust collects teddies and soft cuddly toys from children around the UK and sends them to children who are suffering the traumas of war, starvation or abuse.
The Teddy Trust is a small Herefordshire-based charity, run entirely by volunteers, that reaches out to help children across the world who have experienced the horrors of war, are living in extreme poverty or have suffered horrendous abuse.The Teddy Trust could not have given such a huge amount of pleasure to children in need across the world without the help and support from so many individuals and corporate sponsors.
